Girl's and Boy's State is a program sponsored by the American
Auxiliary unit accross Florida that provides students with an
opportunity to understand how city-state government works, gives
students a first-hand experience on how government procedures
function, and allows students to learn about their responsibi I ities as
citizens to our country. Over 300 girls and boys attended the program
from Florida, which was held on the Florida State University campus
this past summer, June 9th, 2005 through June 17th, 2005.
Brooke Watson serves as a Representative in the Florida
House of Representatives.
