Plant A Tree And Watch It Grow
The class of Seventy-Six has achieved
many recognitions as the Bicenten-
nial class. As one of the celebrations
of the year, the Garden Club of Lake
City donated an oak tree to the
Senior class. On hand for the fes-
tivities were Mrs. McDuffie, presi-
dent of the Garden Club, Mr. Frank
Casey, and Mr. Ed Montgomery.
They presented it to the class with
hopes that the Seniors would bring
their children and their grandchil-
dren back and show them a com-
pletely mature oak tree.
