The v.oice of democracy at CHS
could be another name for the
Student Council. Student Council is
the backbone for some of the most
important extracurricular activities
at the school including
Homecoming, which is probably the
highlight of the school year for some
people. 2. Officers of the Council
are: President- Gaylan Jackson,
Vice-President- June Bouie, 2nd
Vice-President- Janie Minor,
Officer at large- Kathy Beggs,
Treasurer- Sheila Cole, Liaison
Officer- Evette Thomas, Sgt. at
Arms- Kinard Perry,
Parliamentarian- Elaine Douglas.
3. President Gaylan Jackson makes
a stop in Tiger City.
