Home Economics ... The Way to Successful
Homemaking
Home Economics is made up of two
departments: sewing and cooking.
The Sewing department teaches the
students the basics in sewing, also
good health habits and the latest in
fashions. The Cooking department
teaches the students the fundamen-
tals in cooking and house cleaning.
The students learn the safe way in
which to cook and the good things
that should be eaten to maintain a
healthy body.
