                                                                                       The  voice  of  Democracy  Is  a  national
                                                                                       broadcast  scrlptwrlting  scholarship  pro-
                                                                                       gram sponsored by the Veterans of For-
                                                                                       eign  Wars  and  their  Ladies  Auxiliary
                                                                                       with  the  cooperation  of  The  National
                                                                                       States  Association  of  Broadcasters.  This
                                                                                       contest  is  designed  to  give  high  school
                                                                                       students  an  opportunity  to  voice  their
                                                                                       opinions on  a  specific  theme.

                                                                                       This years theme was " Building America
                                                                                       Together ..

                                                                                       First  place  winner was  Andrea  Powell.
                                                                                       second place was Pam Palmer  and third
                                                                                       place winner of the voice of Democracy
                                                                                       contest  was  Rory  Penland
