The 1990 Student Council was very active.
they participated In many projects. We heard
them every morning over the Intercom as they
gave us the daily announcements. They
helped cheer on the fighting Tigers by holding
victory dances at the Armory after football and
basketball games. student Council upheld the
traditional parade. and theme days. They
added a splash of variety with several themes
each day. The Christmas tree. as usual. was a
huge success. it was decorated by student
council and the students; and at the Christmas
party children were placed under the tree Dress
for SUccess Day was a big hit In January. some
teachers even gave extra credit for showing
school spirit. student Council kept us on our toes
with the Drug Awareness Program; we showed
