We exchange students did fit in well at CHS. With a lot of activities we got to know how life is in
American schools. Sari Sahlman with the Flag Team and Mary Mueller in the Band really spread
the Tiger Fighting School Spirit during the football games. Like European tradition Tomas
Axelsson is kicking a hot shot on the soccerteam. Sanna Maki-Komsi and Rosa Erlingsdottir show
great effort for the volleyball team, and Sanna shows her French knowledge in French Club. Sari
Sahlman and Tomas Axelsson discuss important matters in Debate Club- they were even chosen
as sweetheart and heartthrob. In the Tennis team, Mary swings the racket powerfully and enjoys
journalism activities. Sari and Sanna put a hot step in dance club. Florian and Mary get the right
experience of the science activities in Columbia County (as in the fair) in CHAOS club. Rosa shows
her acting talent in the Drama Club and Florian trains his brain with mathematical problems in
Mu Alpha Theta. Tomas Axelsson tries to get the ball in the hole in the golf team.
Florian Liebig is entering Mrs. Carter's journalism class and shows a big smile.
