The 1992-93 Varsity soccer team
entered the season with high hopes
and big expectations in seeking their
first District Championship. Led by
senior co-captains, Justin Collins and
Chris Joyner and supported by
seniors Jason Dumas, Mark Fickin,
and Jorge Sierra, the Tigers posted a
winning season for the second
consecutive year. Two major
accomplishments during the 92-93
season include the first-ever varsity
trophy brought to CHS (a second
place finish in the Middleburg
Kick-Off Classic) and the transition
of attitude from "we might win to
we should win". The 92-93 team
