Let the fun be

By the time Wednesday rolls around,
students are tired of the weekly routine
and eager for the weekend to begin.
Various activities such as football games,
hunting, and just hanging out with friends
occupy students time. Most need these few
days of irresponsibility to recouperate
from the stress of teachers and
homework.
The weekend turns students into people.
It gives them a chance to let their hair
down and be who they want to be, not
what the school wants them to be.
Unfortuately, the weekend disappears
and we are faced with another long
week.
