I'd like to thank my mother for all
her love and care. Through all my high
school trying times, she was always there.
She reared me to respect myself and gain
respect from all. To walk straight up, hold
my head high and never let it fall. She
always said when I made C's "I have no
average child!" Instead I strived for A's
and B's to make my mother proud. So now

I'm all grown up, and almost out on my
own. But she still reminds me everyday
that I'm not so grown. Of course, we've had
                                        big arguments and small disagreements,
too. But never too big to break us apart, or
forget to say, "I love you."
                                                                          Love always,
                                                                            Shannon
