A look back at the Class of 2005 when they frst partcipated in the Distance
Learning program.
Distance learning headed by teacher Carol Martin, creates an interactive,
learning enviornment by the use of new technology to give each student a unique
learning experience. Thirty-two Columbia High and Fort White students participated as
a class in this pilot project to teach Geometry Honors via video conferencing. For
