Being up on the latest trends, or what's hot and what's not, is crucial to high
school life. Whether or not we're number one on the social food chain all depends on
the stores we shop at, how tight our kicks are, and how we do our hair. Style reflects
so much of who we are, and, like it or not, it's a major factor in determining what
social group we end up in. For instance, let's say you wear pocket protectors. You're
definitely a geek. Or maybe you come to school wearing camo jackets paired with
hunting boots. There's no doubt you're a redneck. Perhaps your hair is specifically
brushed into a comb-over. Yeah, that makes you an emo kid. And so it goes.
