Changes are the essence of history,
they both involve you and me.
I look back on the good 'ol days,

when you and I said more than hey.

It is only now that I've begun to fear,
what we'll be after these four years.
So much has changed since then,

like our views, beliefs, and friends.

Its only now I've begun to see,
we change every minute, second, and degree.
                                                 Don't shrug your shoulders and
                                                          say you don't care,
                                              changes happen anytime, anywhere.

                                              Because that's what changes involve,
                                                  different perspectives in us all.
I believe we shouldn't be faking,
classmates we are history in the making!

Time has been good to CHS.
It has not swept away the cheering in our stands, the noise of our

pep rallies, and our homecoming still vacates
the napkins from the shelves in the tri-county area.
                              Tiger pride will never die.
My grandfather wore purple and gold.
He played with his football team to a national championship in
the sos. My father was student body president,
and now I walk these hallowed halls.
Columbia's soon-to-be alumni will send their children for the
same experience they were privileged to have, and that will never
                                         change.
