Runmng IS an Intense sport that few have the ability to endure. Cross Country requ1res
endurance, mental persistence, and d1SC1pl1ne. Th1s year, the boy's Cross Country team has
many determmed runners set on succeed1ng 1n the1r quest to 1mprove the1r personal best
t1mes. The g1rl's Cross Country team has the potent1al and sk1ll to go to state th1s year as a
team. Together, these runners form the CHS Cross Country team. Chns Sel ers {12}, tre
