Jazz it up

Dance 1s a form of express1ng yourself through movement. Our JV dancers have
worked hard th1s school year- not only academically, but also on 1mprovmg themselves
1n what they love to do. "I have looked forward to be1ng on the team smce I was three.
That was the age when was 1nsp1red by dance team when I went to the Tiger football
games and watched the t1gerettes perform," sa1d Bnttany Dubose. "My experience
th1s year on the JV Dance team was exc1tmg. II ked meet1ng the
girls espeoally. The sen1ors were so n1ce when I first JOined and now
they're like my sisters. We even plan to keep m touch after they
graduate." Although the dancers went through a tough season whde
focusmg on the1r educat1on and perfectmg the1r moves, Bnttany says
"No matter what we go through, we do 1t as a team. We're always
there for each other."
