District Champs

The Indians Volleyball Team record was 13-
14 despite some key injuries to Kelly Grace and
Tiffany Bratcher. Kelly struggled to play with
a sore back for most of the season. Tiffany
played the final games of the season and
districts with an ankle injury. Ali Presnell did
a great job off the bench filling in to help the
Indians.
Though they were a small team of seven
players, they played with a lot of heart. Coach
larsen kept the team together and focused
on the district championship won by the
Indians in only their second year as a varsity
team.
Truly a team effort by some of the players,
Shannon Cottey had some tremendous digs.
Tiffany Bratcher's kills finished the sets by
Captain Brooke Espenship. Digs by Meghan
Milatz and Kelly Grace and blocks and digs
by Julie Johnson helped the Indians to reach
and win the district championship.
