ibe cross country team run up to JUO miles.
I hey do it for the love of the sport and lifestyle.
Of course they miss soda and junk food. but
when you are standing ha odium getting
a medal placed around ne k. all of that is

worth it. I his year was one f the best that
the school has ever ee . t ·s the first time in
school history tbat a girls team has ever made
it to regionals. I hejeam is mostly comprised of
middle schq_olers. I he only senior on the team

is Marissa ~letcher; she was an excellent leader
and captain on the team.
