Tigers Opponents Tigers grew into the sparkling ranks

28 Fletcher 14 speed of past years again showed in
40 Quincy Shanks 14 the strong defense and offense
35 Sunshine Bowl 14 headed by Coach Bobby Simmons.
In spite of loss there was victory in
knowing that the Tigers could win,
could fight, and could loose with
grace.
Students and fans crammed the
stands at home and away. Pleasing
the shouting crowds, the Tigers dis-
played crackling aerial attacks, hard
running ground games, and ex-
cellent defensive strategy. School
spirit wasn't dampened by the ag-
gressive opposition thrown by Du-
val County. Dedication to sportsman
like conduct and honor provided the
88 Varsity Football spirit that kept the Tiger fans
screaming and the scoreboard
