Columbia High may not have any Jimmy
Connors or Chris Everts but it does have many
ded icated players. The top five players are
seeded 1 th rough 5, the best being No. 1. Each
match 5 singles and 2 doubles matches are
played . For each winning individual match the
team gets a point.

Track meets are usually between 3
schools. Fourteen events are run in-
cluding 100, 220, 440, discus, high
jump, pole vault, shot-put, long
jump and mile run. Team points are
awarded bytheorderteamsplace, in
both track and field events.
