Columbia High's Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Frances
Harkleroad, has taught English at Columbia High School
since 1956 During this time she has helped mold the lives
of hundreds of students. She ts enthusiastic and excited about
her classroom experiences, and she is fair to all She respects
her students. and they respect her.
