The Lady Varsity Volleyball team of 1990 was outstanding. We worked
hard each day at practice to accomplish the ability to be a great team. Once
our girls did that, we learned to improve the skills that we had, and to make
the 1990 volleyball season a great one. The underclassmen looked up to
Seniors Teri Apel, Joyce Lang, Stephanie Walk, and Tammy Jordan. These
girls helped the other girls a lot. We
praised each other daily. The main thing
that counted was "Beating Lee was the that we all worked
hard and pulled to- best game! our team gether as a team to
come up to the top and to have a win-
ning season of really pulled together eight wins and six
losses . With the for a big win!" helping hands from
Coach Coats " Short Stuff", we
were just as awe- -Teresa Freeney some as we could be.
Sherri Lang and Kelly Law also played
a major part in helping the team rise to the top as the volleyball team
managers. Joyce Lang made the 1990 All Conference Volleyball squad, and
Terri Apel got honorable mention.
