Going to the prom dressed in lace, satin, tuxedos. and looking your best only comes once a
year* You join a couple of your best friends to celebrate this occassion* For many this is the
closest thing to a wedding* There are bands and you see many people dancing as if they are at
a wedding reception*
The prom is something that really represents spring* A few of the representations are the
corsages, dresses, and the colors of the dresses are spring colors*
This is also when the photographers may make a lot of money* People take pictures of
everything* The memories created will last forever*
Prom is not just a time for seniors to celebrate* There are many faculty members who
attend prom as chaperones, but often they forget their positions amidst the fun* The junior
class helps with the expenses for the prom and is able to join in this joyous occassion if they
wish*
