Getting transportation to CHS
varies: the bus system, parent system,
or independence system.
The bus isn't always the best because
of noise and crowding. The parent
system is interesting . It gives a chance
for parent-child bonding (and saves gas
money!) The best system is the
independence system. Many prefer this
way of traveling. Why? Because it
gives the feeling of freedom, provides
responsibility, and is a symbol of
growing up. A car is a major
responsibility. Some students are
blessed and receive a car from family
members. That means no payments or
worries. Someone is there to take care
of those important matters. Others are
working and saving for their dream car.
Having money saved is the solution.
WRONG!!!! Think about gas, brakes,
oil, tires, etc. Sometimes the shiny
dream turns into a nightmare.
Cars range from old to new and red to
blue but the bottom line is .. wheels will
take you from A to Band that's all you
need.
