DV ANCED PLACEMENT STUDENTS
TAKE THEIR PLACE IN ACADEMICS
If you were offered a jump start on your life after graduation while you were still in
high school, would you take it? Many Columbia High students did. They are taking
Advanced Placement classes where they can earn high school credit and have the oppor-
tunity to earn elective college credit at the same time. There are Advanced Placement
classes for everything from American government to calculus.
