A.P. Background: The A.P. curriculum
is put out by the college board. It is a
rigorous academic regimen
designed to challenge the student
mind. All A.P. Student take a
ST
national test on which they must score
a 3,4 or 5 to be qualified to pass the
class and obtain credit.
Why did it start? To offer students a
highly rigorous academic regimen. It
offer students exposure on a national
level for comparison. Having A.P.
classes on the students transcripts is
very impressive to colleges.

Feelings.The feelings of the
administration are very positive. The
response from teachers and students
show that A.P. classes was a very
good decision.
