Once upon a time sports used to be for men only, but over the years women have found
their place in the competitive world. The girls' softball team has certainly proved that
they too can hit and catch!
Since tryouts in January the girls have been practicing hard looking forward to games
against their rivals. Many feel that this is a way of life while others consider it as just
a hobby. Many ask, " Can girls really play ball?" Well the CHS softball team will put
those skeptics at ease. Hard work and dedication run through them and it pays off.
