C.H.S. SUPERIOR MARCHING BAND

This year the C.H.S. Band has been fantastic! The whole band has worked
very hard with limited practice space. Due to the construction of the new stadium and
ball fields, the band moved practices to Mr. Arky Rogers cow field adjacent to the
school. Rising above all obstacles though, the band still did an excellent job
performing at football games and competing at festivals. The two festivals that the
band competed in were The St. Augustine Ancient City Festival and The Florida Band
tasters Association Festival. At both events the band received superior ratings.
Overall, this year's band has been one of the best ever at C.H.S.

Dand Director Larry Hall and assistant Ed Amiya
have done an excellent job with the band this year.
