Homecoming is an exci ting time for all the classes
to show who's superior. Every day during
homecoming week all of the students go to
homeroom to get a count of who participated that
day. The week starts out with dress-up day. The
next day was mix-match day. Polka dots and
stripes were seen everywhere on campus.
Wednesday was college t-shirts and field day.
Everyone had fun talking about who was better
(Gators or Seminoles) while doing the "caterpillar"
at Field Day. Thursday was SO's, 60's, and 70's day.
Throughout school there were many people who
were seen wearing bell bottoms or high waters,
depending on the era. Even the teachers had fun
participating in this event! Thursday night was
skit night where any student interested in acting
could strut their stuff. Friday was purple and gold
day for the pep rally and the parade. With the
Tigers winning the game and the Seniors winning
Homecoming, the week came to an excellent end.
Needless to say, everybody had a good time and
did a good job of showing their school spirit during
Homecoming '93!
