While trytng to defend their team. Holly
Hale and April Tucker were blocking the
spike. The ball tipped off April's hands
and the bock row retumed the ball.

The Varsity Volleyball team has
been in a decline winning only three
games in two years. It is obvious that
improvement is needed. The team
proved that there is hope because
there are only three seniors. Karen
Smith, Mystery Faith. and Denise
Outlaw graduating. While their skill
and leadership will be missed. an
abundance of young talent will step
up and fill the void. With
determination. hard work. and
desire. the volleyball team can
become a force to be reckoned
with. At the varsity banquet Kylie
Markham received Most Improved.
