SHRIMP DIP CATHERINE SAUNDERS PAISLEY
2 sm cans shrimp, drained 3 lg cream cheese
1 can undiluted tomato soup 1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/2 C finely chopped celery 1/2 C finely chopped green
1 sm onion, finely chopped pepper
Melt cheese, soup and gelatin in double boiler. Blend in
remaining ingredients, Refrigerate until thickened. If
too stiff, leave at room temperature until correct consistency
Wonderful in the summertime.
VEGETABLE DIP ANNE DANIEL MILLER
1 C mayonnaise 1 sm cottage cheese
1/2 t Dry mustard 1-1/2 T Worchestershire
1 t garlic salt 1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper 1/2 t celery salt
1 T catsup 1/4 t tobasco sauce
Strips of: Celery, Carrots and Cauliflower, whatever you like.
Mix the ingredients until smooth, chill and serve with the
vegetables.
CRAB MEAT DIP ANNE DANIEL MILLER
1 lb American cheese 1 T butter
1/2 t salt 1/2 t paprika
1/4 C green pepper-diced 1 t dry mustard
1 dash red pepper 1 C beer
1 T chopped onion 1 can crab meat
Melt the cheese over low heat, add other ingredients, mixing
well, add crab meat last.
