              COCKTAIL MEATBALLS                         BETTE SHAFER

              1 lb ground beef
              1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
              1/3 cup minced onion
              1/4 cup milk
              1 egg
              1 tablespoon snipped parsley
              1 tsp salt
              1/8 tsp pepper
              1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
              1/4 cup melted shortening
              1 12 oz bottle of Chili sauce
              1 10 02 jar grape jelly

                     Mix all except last 3 ingredients together and gently
              shape into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs in melted
              shortening. Remove meatballs and pour off fat. Heat chili
              sauce and jelly together in skillet, stirring constantly
              until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until
              thoroughly coated. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes.










                           SPINACH-CHEESE DIP                       NICOLE GAFFORD

           1 pkg Stouffer Spinach Soufle 1 pkg mixed shredded cheese
          1/2 pkg chopped, frozen spinach (swiss & Cheddar)
          1 can artichoke hearts, packed in water
          1 c mayonaise or sour cream                     salt & pepper to taste

          Thaw frozen spinach, drain and squeeze out excess water.
          Mix into the other ingredients. Bake until hot throughout
          and cheese is bubbly. Serve hot in a crockpot. So good
          you may not need to serve anything else!
