mowed down the rough stuff that had grown up, J planted it in grass and subdivided it. This is the tract
of land that is now known as Pinemount Meadows Subdivision, and I sold off all of that land in 5-acre
tracts, at about $4000.00 per acre.
I suppose that Mr. Jacob Blanton is no longer living, but if he is and happens to read this book, he will
realize what a good deal he gave me when he sold me that land. Neither one of us had any way at that
time of knowing the future, and of course we still don’t.
