Gourmet Lunches Garnish New Cafeteria!

An obvious improvement in school
lunches has led to increased student
participation. Lunchroom staffers
spend five to six hours daily prepar-
ing over 600 lunches for a hungry
student body and staff.

A special and popular addition to the
menu has been milkshakes. Well
balanced hot meals are a permanent
feature served in conjunction with
hamburgers and french fries .

Mrs. Aleto Greene is head of CSHS
cafeteria and ably assisted by Josie
Adams, Ardrey Brown, Gladys
Johnson, Leona Lovett, Mary Paf-
ford , Ina Mae Wilkenson, Josephine
Brewin, Eva Leary, Isabella Roberts
and Artie Douglas.

1. The lunchroom ladies are diligently serving
hungry students. 2. The lunchroom staff
breaks for a minute before the mass of starv-
ing students enter. As they stop for a smile,
they manage to hold one even while working.
