Training students to adequately
face the responsibilities of the
outside world is the major goal of
the vocational teachers at Columbia
High School. There are many
courses for the students to choose
from such as: Agriculture, Masonry,
Auto-Mechanics, Construction and
Work Experience. The vocational
classes focus on teaching the
students everyday skills of life and
J how to cope with the business
world.
The vocational program is of
enough variety to interest the
practical as well as the
academic-minded student. The
department heads for both
campuses are: Mr. Lofton- North,
Mr. Haltiwanger- South.

whether to stay at school or skip on his

Marine Cycle problems with Randy Spadley,
