Records Don't Say It All, As Tiqers End Season 5 - 5

The season started off strong but
the competition got stiffer. Injuries
to starters Ga ry Williams , Mike
Bergmann and Tommy Young re-
sulted in a weakness and sub-
sequently a loss.
Luck was not always with them as
the Tigers lost 2 games in the last
minutes. However, there's much
more to a game than just winning.
Randy Roy was named first team of-
fensive center by the Jacksonville
Journal 's All Area Players of the
Year. Others named wereChris Har-
ris - second team defensive end,
Eric Akin- second team defensive
middle end , Tommy Young- hon-
orable mention offensive back.
