From Reel to Wheel

VICA prepares youth for life. It brings together young men and women who share
common interests for an exchange of ideas, a discussion of problems, and the
opportunity to work towards a common purpose. VICA offers prestige and recogni-
tion through national and international programs of awards and contests. It broad-
ens perspective through interclub and interstate activities. It offers co-curricular
activities that make education and training more meaningful. VICA instills spirit to
grow, to learn, to become! We here at Columbia VICA are proud to be a part of such
an outstanding student organization.
