I'm the girt that puts sports on my list
after God first and family second .
I've been playing sports for years.
That's all I ever wanted to dol I hope
and pray that someday I'll make It to
the Olympics and make my mother
proud. This track season has been
very unusual because I'm the only
glr1 on the track team. There are no
other girls to talk to , so I have to try to
fit In with my coach and the boys.
But that doesn't bother me at all
because I do all things In Christ. who
strengthens me. It Is for that reason
that I have stayed on the team and
tried to do my best. I have
managed to make It to the state
meet and have qualified In every
event that I compete In; the 100
meters. 200 meters. high jump. and
triple jump. Yes. It Is hard for me to
compete In every event but I have
managed to do It wlth the help of the
Lord and the encouragement of my
Micava Williams races to win as she passes her opponent. Being the only girl on the team never slowed her
family and friends.
