                                                                Posing for group pictures was a favorite  pastime of the Tigerettes before performing a
                                                                summer camp  in  Macon. The  red,  white, and  blue  outfits were  a  real  hit.
         Tigerettes had fun at summer camp at Mercer in  Macon, Georgia. They attended a
         watermelon party. Is  that  a  new  prop??????
          The  Tigerettes  claimed  top  competition  honors  at  NCA  Superstar  Dance
         Camp  in  Statesboro,  GA. The  team  repeated  last  year's  outstanding  perfor·
         mance by walking away with top honors including a superior home routine trophy
         for  a  dance  to  " Smooth  Criminal". The  prop  routine  brought  cheers  and  ap·
         plause  from  the  nearly  200  participants from  Florida  and  Georgia. They  also
         were awarded the Grand Sweepstakes Trophy, the Outstanding Officer Group
         award, the  Shining  Star award, and  the Precision Dance award of Excellence
         which qualified the team to appear in the Cotton Bowl Parade in Dallas, TX. The
         most coveted award, the Five Star award, was awarded to the Tigerettes for the

         second year in a row. This award is voted on by the other teams at camp as the   iors,  Kim  De·

           August  14·1 7  Tigerettes  attended  the  American  All-Star  Dance  Camp  at

         Mercer University in Macon, GA. These girls received a Superior Plus trophy for   Christmas  party.
         their  home  routine  dance,  were  voted  most  admired  team  at  camp  for  the
         second  time  and  won  the  Sweepstakes  trophy, naming  them  the top team  at
         camp.
           Six  girls were  picked  to become members of  the  250 girls  nationwide that   Recee Norris, Jamina Scippio, out of the six, two girls were chosen to dance in
         comprise the All Star Dance Team. These girls are chosen from the 5,000 who   the 1990 Superbowl in New Orleans. These girls were Donna Outlaw and Recee
         attend the camps. They are Kim Dekle, Donna Outlaw, Elisha Hillis, Krista Kalb,   Norris.
