tomorrow's successful leaders
The Business and Vocational Department
at Columbia High School North and South
offers a wide variety of courses for students.
Many business classes arc offered such as
practical keyboarding, business, computer
and financial skills for students interested
in pursuing a career in business. Students
also have the opportunity to take typing,
accounting, recordkecping, shorthand and
office procedures. Many students involved
in these departments have only good things
to say. "The business department at
Columbia High School is really superb. It
has enhanced my skills for my career
plans," says Georgia Chamberlin, a senior.
Katie Moore, a senior taking Criminal
Justice 2 & 3, says, "I am glad I have the
opportunity to learn more about
criminology. It is a great class and I have
learned a lot." Criminal Justice is only one
of the many Vocational courses available
