J.V.  SOCCER  THE WILL TO WIN




                                                                                    J.V.  soccer  in  1993  showed  the  true
                                                                                 ferocity  of  Columbia  Tigers.  Since  getting
                                                                                 new  coach  Todd  Widergren,  the  Tigers
                                                                                 grabbed  the  season  by  surprise.  After
                                                                                 starting  the  season  5-2-1  the  Tigers  look
                                                                                 forward  to  a  very  winning  year.  Coach
                                                                                 Widergren  has  established  that  in  order  to
                                                                                 be a  winning  team  one  must  learn  to  work
                                                                                 hard and  to  give your all  on  the  field . Since
                                                                                 coming  off  of  a  11-9-3 record from  the 1992
                                                                                 season  the  Tigers  have  to  keep  up  the
                                                                                 excellent  work  in  order  to  surpass  the
                                                                                 previous  record.  Coach  Todd  from  Ft.
                                                                                 Lauderdale  has  brought   his  talent  and
                                                                                 encouragement  and  has  placed  it  in  ench
                                                                                 player.  This  year's  team  seems  to  have  a
                                                                                 sprightly   yet   extrnordinary   team
                                                                                 relationship.  Each  game  the  team  grows
                                                                                 stronger,  developing  nnd  building  into  a
                                                                                 great soccer program.
      Jason Cobb attempts to go coast to  coast as Joshua Berry is skeptical as to  whether he
      should try to stop hin1.
