The boys 1994 Tennis team has begun
and oompletcd one of the most succcsful IT IS ONLY A GAME ... A GUT -
seasons ever. Although the team was
extremely young, the Tigers,
throughout the year, oontinued to knock
off many North Florida "powerhouse"
programs. Coach Johnny Young
comments, "Lacking size and
experience, I am very pleased with the
outcome of our season. I am looking
forward to next year, since all of our
five starters are returning." The only
player leaving will be Brock johnson.
lie had his highlight match against
Jack Anderson of IJucholtz, where he
won In straight sets. The team traveled
to Jacksonville to compete in the
District Tournament, where most of the
performed well and advanced to the
quarter-finals. Thor Kolnes made it to
the semi-finals.
