Mr. Jimmy Williams teaches Building Maintenance
and Repair Class at C.H.S. Students learn safety and
operation of power tools, they also repair items and build
projects around school. Many hours are spent visiting job
s1tes, hardware stores, and Homes of Merit factories.
Mr. Pace Getzen 1s in room 34 and it is a very diverse
place. This 1s where students come to learn Marine
Mechanics, Small Engine Repair, and Agricultural Me-
chanics. Depending on the period, students can be found
work1ng on and learning about boats, motors, tractors, and
related agricultural equipment, and grounds keeping
equipment. Students really keep up to date on the newest
equipment as they maintain and repair the reel mowers
used to keep the athletic fields in shape.
Auto Mechanics gives CHS students a chance to
learn about different trucks and cars and how they are
maintamed and repaired. Students get to work for the
community and also get a grade for school. Mr.Tony
Robinson teaches this course.
