Leadership styles

            promote unity and

            togetherness

information to teacher and staff Twice monthly faculty meetings, emailing
the bulletin , and taking attendance on the computer have brought CH into a
new era of computer literacy. nev .. program called GOAL allowed
teacher to acces their parttcular student information to help in planning new
and better trategies to achieve success in the cia sroom.
FC T preparedne wa again a major focu of the school as tudents and
taff s ught to tmprove the " " ranking and hopefully achieve the " " that
everyone hopes for. There wa aturday chool, after chool tutoring, Write
Rights, R As, Math Moment·, Word Wall , and joumals ... all focusing on
academic achievement and ucces . Through it all the administrator sought
way to lead the chool with diligence and integrity. Mrs. hamberlin found
way to provide for the need of her staff and students even though the budget
wa bare boned. Mr. Widergren and Mr. Carswell kept the di cipline and
chool plant runnmg smoothly. Mrs. Crowder expended all of her energy
finding way to make the Guidance Department more respon ive to students
and taff and incorporated many ne\ ideas that promoted student wei fare and
ucce . Mr. Moore completed hi ertification to be a principal and used
orne of hi new found expertise in making the attendance office run moothly
and efficiently. H i lucky to have the e fine leaders!

Being a CH graduate makes for a commttted relationship between the school and the
students cntru. ted to her. Mrs. hamberlin always has time for any concerns of the
                                                         staff and student . L-"--~'-----'-----
