Swingers win respect on and off the

course with low scores, District rankings

The team motto in girl golf thi year was" Learn, Compete, and Win! "With many player brand new to
the port, we spent the pre-season practice week learning the game. We competed during the regular
sea on, despite the hurricanes, and fini hed the ea on with a 2-9 record. By the end of the ea on, however,
everyone \ a on top of their game and the team fini hed fourth in di trict . Thi earned the team a trip to
regionaL in iceville. The golf team wa led by four year player and enior Brittany Tucker. The team
welcomed tran fer student Toni Trentaco ta. Brittany Coleman continued a team co-captain. ew player
