The ro ountry team did
a great job thi year. Running
i not alway what it cern ·.
Thi team trained o much
for their event and had
many practice in order to be
in the proper hape. Mo t of
the meet they competed in
were 5K. The team member·
had to be properly hydrated
and had to eat a lot of carb
to keep their energy for that
long of a run. The team
worked very hard and made
it a ucce ful ea on.
