The FIRST robotics team started off as a journey of fate with 40 bright students. When The JC Penny Columbia High School FIRST Robotics team
started they had almost no anticipation of how they were going to build a functional robot that would compete amongst thousands of other teams.
Startmg to brainstorm and strategize for their Robot was the massive problem in a clutter of how they were going to acquire even enough money,
knowledge, and mentors. Members of the Robotic Team are g1ven the opportunity to explore engineering by constructmg robots.
