                   A-H-H-H So Good Salad - “ Oriental Cole Slaw”                       Lois Biberstein

                    1 lb. Pkg. Prepared Cabbage Mixture            % Cup Sunflower Seeds
                   4-5 Green Onions                                ¥2 Cup Sliced Almonds (orl sml. pkg)
                   2 Pkgs Ramon Noodles (no seasoning optional) ¥2 Cup Butter

                   Dressing
                   ¥2 Cup Vegetable Oil                              ¥2 Cup Vinegar
                   ¥2 Cup Sugar                                     2 T. Soy Sauce



                   Mix cabbage and onions.
                   Saute butter, sunflower seeds, almonds, and noodles (crushed). Cool.
                   To prepare dressing : combine the 4 ingredients and shake or mix well.
                   20 minutes before serving: mix cabbage, onions, seeds, almonds, noodles and dressing.
                   Toss well.










                         Broccoli Salad                                                Lois Biberstein


                   2-3 Small Heads of Broccoli (cut up)      6-8 Strips of Bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)
                   1 -2 Cups Cauliflower (cut up)            1 Cup Raisins
                   ¥2 Cup Onion (Red for color)              ¥2 Cup Shredded Cheese (optional)
                   2 Eggs Boiled, Chopped                    Nuts (optional)



                   Dressing

                   1 Cup Mayonnaise
                   ¥2 Cup Sugar
                   3 T. Vinegar

                   Toss dressing over other ingredients.
                   Can be made ahead and refrigerated over night.
