                 SWISS'N CHICKEN CASSEROLE                   PAULINE SLADE

                 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
                 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
                 2 cups each croutons and sliced celery
                 1 cup light mayonnaise
                 1/2 cup milk
                 1/2 cup onions

                         Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Spoon
                 into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes or until
                 thoroughly heated.






                 CHICKEN DIVAN                               JAN SPANDAU

                 1 box chopped broccoli cooked
                 4 chicken breasts (8 halves) cooked 40-45 minutes
                 1 can mushroom soup
                 1 can celery soup
                 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
                 3 tablespoons sherry
                 1 cup milk
                 1/2 cup mayonnaise

                         Put broccoli in bottom of 12 x 9 casserole. Place
                 chicken on top of broccoli. Mix all other ingredients
                 together, pour over chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45
                 minutes.





                 A TASTE OF TENNESSEE
                 SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN                     JAN SPANDAU

                 1/2 cup of sugar
                 1/4 cup of white vinegar
                 2 tablespoons soy sauce
                 2 tablespoons catsup                     ,
                 2 lbs chicken legs (or a few more)

                        Combine all ingredients except chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2
                 baking dish. Remove skin from chicken legs. Place chicken
                 in baking dish with marinade, turning to coat. Cover and
                 refrigerate 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally. Bake
                 uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, basting
                 occasionally.
