Macaroni and Cheese Nancy Beard
16 ounces Macaroni- prepared per package instructions
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers- crushed, mixed with 1 stick melted butter, set aside
In large mixing bowl combine:
3 Cups Milk
16 ounce jar Ragu Double Cheddar Cheese Sauce
1-8 ounce package Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1-8 ounce package Shredded Velvetta Cheese
Warm in microwave until milk is warm and cheese has started to melt, stirring often.
Add cooked macaroni and mix well.
Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon macaroni and cheese into baking
dish.
Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs over top.
Bake at 350 until crackers are brown and cheese is bubbly.
Louise’s Hash Brown Good Stuff Millie Leonardson
1 lb Frozen Hash Browns (thawed) 16 oz. Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. salt 1 Stick Softened Butter
Mix well- put in 9x13 greased pan.
Topping:
Mix together Vi stick butter and 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers (crushed).
Spread over potatoes.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
