Tuna Casserole Nancy Beard
1 Cup Sour Cream
14 tsp. Oregano
2- 6 }/> ounce Cans Drained Tuna 14 Cup Diced Green Peppers
14 Cup Sliced Ripe Olives 2 Cups Cooked Macaroni
3A Cup Canned Sliced Mushrooms 1 Cup Grated American Cheese
Combine sour cream and oregano.
Add tuna, olives, mushrooms, green peppers and macaroni. Mix well.
Spoon into 1 14 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Sausage and Rice Casserole Beverly Davis
1 lb. Bulk sausage 2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup chopped celery 1 soup can water
1 cup chopped onion 1 cup uncooked white rice
Brown sausage, drain and crumble in small pieces. Combine all ingredients in a large
bowl and stir gently to mix. Spoon into a 3 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 14 hours.
Southern Green Bean Casserole Linda Schenavar
64 oz. Canned Cut Green Beans (well drained)
6-8 oz. Bacon (fiy 14 done, drain) 3 T. Soy Sauce
1 14. Sticks Butter (melted) 1/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar (tightly packed)
Place green beans in casserole dish.
Mix melted butter, soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir well. Pour over green beans.
Cover and marinate over night. Stir in morning. Place bacon on top or
crumble and stir into green bean mixture. Serves 16.
Bake uncovered in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
